In their presentation, How to Make the Most of Depositions in a Minnesota Civil Court Case, Janel and Dan will provide invaluable tips and strategies for preparing and conducting fact and expert depositions, preparing clients and third-party witnesses, and dealing with hostile witnesses and/or opposing counsel. They will also discuss privilege issues and proper and improper objections in depositions.
