Cory Olson’s dispute resolution and trial practice covers a wide range of areas, with a focus on the financial-services industry, securities arbitrations, and real-estate disputes, including litigation regarding land use, real-estate sales and property development. Cory also regularly represents and advises small to mid-size businesses and business owners on employment disputes, non-compete and non-solicit agreements, contract disputes, and fiduciary duties.
Dan Hall is a skilled trial and appellate lawyer who represents clients in a wide range of trials and appeals in state and federal courts involving trust and estate claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, patent infringement and intellectual property claims, breach of contract, and fiduciary duty litigation.
Pete McElligott’s practice focuses on fiduciary duty litigation, financial services disputes, non-compete and trade secret claims, and many other business torts involving privately held businesses and publicly traded companies.
