Today the Hennepin County District Court granted a petition brought by Anthony Ostlund attorneys Joe Anthony, Norm Pentelovitch, and Cory Olson on behalf of three Minneapolis residents to correct the Minneapolis election ballot.
The Court also granted the residents’ motion for an injunction barring the Hennepin County Auditor from printing ballots with improper language on them.
The decision represented a complete victory on an important issue of public safety.
