Anthony Ostlund is pleased to announce that experienced trial lawyer Michael Kaupa has joined the firm as a shareholder. Michael helps clients resolve high-stakes commercial disputes and complex tax controversies. As a former big four accountant, Mike brings a business acumen and strategic perspective to his clients on a broad range of matters including litigation stemming from M&A transactions, shareholder disputes, tax audits, and government investigations.
