Minneapolis-based Anthony Ostlund Louwagie Dressen & Boylan is celebrating its 40th year of providing excellence in commercial litigation and is excited to announce that it will begin its next chapter in new offices in downtown Minneapolis.
“When Joe Anthony founded this firm in 1985, his vision was to provide the best representation in high-stakes commercial litigation,” said Janel Dressen, shareholder and CEO of the firm. “After 40 years, we are proud of the reputation we have built bringing that vision to reality as a force to be reckoned with in any courtroom. We are very excited to continue that legacy in the next phase of our journey in new offices that will allow us to continue to grow and provide the services our clients have come to expect.”
Anthony Ostlund’s reputation has been built by trying important cases, often in the public eye. The firm has won substantial awards for its clients and shaped Minnesota law on issues from corporate disputes to shareholder oppression. Some of these accomplishments include the largest jury verdict in Minnesota history and the largest fair value buyout award on record in the state.
For the past 24 years, the firm has been headquartered in the Wells Fargo Center. This August, the firm will move to the top floors of 60 South Sixth Street (formerly referred to as the RBC Plaza). “As a premier business litigation law firm, it was very important for us to remain in the heart of downtown Minneapolis,” said Dressen. “Downtown is convenient for our clients and employees and we want to be part of the return of the vibrancy in the city, post COVID, that simply cannot be matched elsewhere.”
